    • Abstract:
Children are an integral part of society. As a special category, they participate in any social sector, whether private or public. Namely, starting with the family institution, then continuing with the social institutions; such as kindergartens, schools or hospitals, their participation becomes even more important because of the conduct of analyzes and conclusions as to whether their rights are protected or not. Children's rights are a special part of the human rights issue in general. When we speak about rights of children, as children they have some rights that are more specific. They are initially granted with the right of having birth and the right to survive, the right of living, the right to maintenance and clothing, the right to health care, the right to education, the right to attend education institutions and the right to psychological and mental health. Due to the fact that children's rights are adhered to by all European conventions, there is a need to protect the rights of children. Therefore, national and international institutions have also been established. Regarding to the protection of children's rights, such institutions provide their own statistics on how to respect and protect children's rights. In the following we will bring the analysis of different institutions on the situation of children and their rights in the Republic of Macedonia. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
