    • Abstract:
The article presents the author's arguments to the article "Is Trade Good for Your Health," by Ann L. Owen and Stephen Wu which appeared in the September 2007 issue of the "Review of International Economics." He asserts that free trade indirectly affects the health poor based on the reduction of infant mortality and increase of life expectancy. He agrees with the authors that disease treatment and health program administration are benefits of trade.
