      The article presents a study regarding the effectiveness of burn-in on infant mortality. It discusses the use of environmental stress screening (ESS). It mentions that the empirical study explores infant mortality by a Weibull distribution. According to the author, the study was restricted to early life operating conditions and later life conditions. He also presents the negative and positive effects of infant mortality and burn-in. In addition, the analysis aims to identify and evaluate the failure mechanisms of life to improve the way of life.
